This is a survey that enables you to truly understand how ready you are to enter the world of Bold Move making in your personal and professional life.

By a Bold Move, we mean a deliberate action that is seeded in your own individual core beliefs and desires and fueled by your personal, internal sense of possibility and adventure. So in a way, this index shows you how in touch you currently are with your own sense of what is possible.

STEP 1 - ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS
This questionnaire is preference-based, therefore there are no right or wrong answers. Be careful not to get into analysis paralysis with your responses as often times your first response is most accurate. It’s best to complete this in a place where you’re in a non-interrupted environment and can relax and take your time.
